TERMS OF SERVICE

ABOUT COPYRIGHT:- Please credit “Eddy Pham” when you share or use the commission.- All credits and copyright of the artwork belongs to me. I have the right to post commission works on my personal portfolio and social media unless explicitly agreed otherwise before the work begins.- Please DO NOT use my commissions for AI.OUR WORK FLOW:1: Brief evaluation and analysis

7: Product delivery.- The total work time ranges from 4 weeks to 3 months from the date the sketch is approved. If you need the commission sooner than the mentioned deadline, please inform me beforehand.- I accept 50% payment within 48 hours after confirming the order. The remaining 50% needs to be paid within 48 hours after the sketch is approved by you.
If the payment is not received within the mentioned time, I will permanently cancel your order- If the client become unresponsive in 30 days at any stage beyond the sketch phase, I will personally cancel your order, and have the right to repurpose the artwork.- If you encounter personal issues causing delayed payment, please discuss them with me as soon as possible.- During the sketch phase, you can only make 3 changes maximum. Any further edit from the line stage onward will be charged additionally.- Any changes due to my mistakes will not be extra charged.- I’ll provide regular updates for you, ideally once every 4 to 5 days. Each step will require confirmation from you to proceed. Keep in mind that If you don't provide any feedback within 1 week, I’ll automatically move to the next steps.- If a commission has been paid only 50% and there’s no communication from you after 10 days after I send you the sketch, the commission will be canceled without any refund.- If you decide to cancel your order, the payments will not be refunded.- If I decide to cancel your order, any prior payments will be refunded.- I’ll notify you in advance whether the commission will take longer than 2 months to finish. If I fail to meet the deadline without any convincing reason, I will refund all of your payments.- Final product format: a PNG file with the option for a separate background file (if requested).
